At THACKER, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, tagged items within 30 days of delivery.

  Follow the prompts to download and print a prepaid shipping label, which will be emailed to you immediately upon completion.

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging, ensuring all original tags are attached and the packing slip is included.

  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number to monitor the status of your refund or exchange.
